Polyonics will exhibit its newly expanded line of thermal transfer printable barcode tag and label materials at AISTech in Pittsburgh 16-18 May. New tag materials have been added that provide metal processors expanding temperature ranges, higher durability and lower prices to insure barcode survival through the harshest metal processing conditions.
Being introduced is the highly abrasion resistant 127 µm XF-615 tag material. Its durable top and bottom coats provide high contrast print surfaces for increased readability at higher temperatures. The material is rated for continuous operation up to 500C and short exposures up to 600C.
Also being introduced is the 227µm high temperature paper laminate XF-608. This barcode tag material provides thermal transfer printability and increased durability at an economical price.
Broadest Line of Barcode Tag and Label Materials for Metal Processors
Polyonics offers the broadest array of tag and label materials for ID and tracking applications from 200 to 600C. The tag materials include 127µmpolyimide XF-610, XF-612 and XF-615, XF-608 paper laminate and XF-660 229µm aluminum composite.
The label materials include 50µm polyimide XF-519 and aluminum XF-803 andXF-808 all with durable transfer printable, high contrast topcoats and permanent acrylic or silicone PSAs.
