Michael Ritter (TLMI Chairman), Controller, ID Images in Brunswick, Ohio. Michael has been active in TLMI since joining the association in 1995. He previously served on the Board of Directors in 2005-2008 before his current term started in 2011. He served many years on the finance committee. Michael graduated from Emory University with an accounting degree in 1989. He spent four years in public accounting earning his CPA before returning home to Greeneville, Tennessee where he joined the family business (Superior Business Associates) and helped expand its’ product line into labels and tags.

Lori Campbell (TLMI Chairman Elect)President, The Label Printers

Lori Campbell (TLMI Chairman Elect) President, The Label Printers, Aurora, IL. Lori has been with The Label Printers since 1982, and is responsible for all of the company’s sales, marketing, and manufacturing functions. She attended Eastern Illinois University, graduating with a BA in Political Science. Lori and her husband Kevin live with their Labrador Retriever Sadie, in Aurora, Illinois. Lori was elected to the board in 2013 for the second time.

Tim McDonough (TLMI Vice Chairman)President, Flexo-Graphics, LLC

Tim McDonough (TLMI Vice Chairman), President, Flexo-Graphics, LLC in Butler, WI. Since graduating from Creighton University, McDonough has been in various sectors of the printing industry for over 27 years. Recently, McDonough celebrated his 15th year at Flexo-Graphics, an active TLMI member for over 15 years and recipient of the Eugene Singer award, and various other accolades. McDonough provides a unique outlook on leading a business with efficiency and consistency as his two main goals and a passion for cutting edge technology. In the off chance he is not at work, McDonough enjoys playing golf with his wife and three children and supporting the Milwaukee Brewers in the hopes that they will someday win the World Series.

Craig Moreland (TLMI Past Chairman) President, Coast Label Company

Craig Moreland (TLMI Past Chairman), President, Coast Label Company, Fountain Valley, California. Coast Label joined TLMI in 2004, and Craig was first elected to the Board of Directors in 2010. Craig’s TLMI passion is growing membership, and he chaired the Membership Committee for four years prior to becoming Chairman.  Craig entered the label industry when he and his wife Janice purchased Coast Label in 1991. Prior to that, Craig held senior operating positions with a healthcare management company and a carbide cutting tool company. He graduated with a BA from the University of California, Irvine, and earned an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. Craig and Janice live in Laguna Hills, California and have two married children, two grandchildren, and one very energetic Goldendoodle. Their son Drew is employed at Coast Label running the sales and marketing departments. Craig and his family enjoy downhill skiing, outdoor activities and traveling.

John Attayek Chief Executive Officer, Inovar Packaging Group

John Attayek is Chief Executive Officer of Inovar Packaging Group, in Dallas, TX. John has over 30 years of experience as an executive and owner in the label printing business. From 1991 through to 2009, he was a key executive for York Label and helped build an industry leading company from $25 million up to $240 million with 20% EBITDA during those 18-years. As an owner, he has led multiple management team buyouts via private equity transactions and spearheaded the company’s growth through organic sales and multiple acquisitions. He was Chief Executive Officer of Tapp Label for several years in Napa, CA and Vancouver, BC Canada; spearheading the company’s sales and profitability growth leading the company and its owners through a sale event finalized at the end of 2014. As the CEO of Inovar Packaging Group, he is leading the company on a path for growth via organic sales and strategic acquisitions in partnership with AEA Investors LP out of New York City. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985. 

Scott Fisher President, Smyth Companies

Scott Fisher is President of Smyth Companies in Saint Paul, MN, a company with diverse printing capabilities including flexographic, digital, commercial and flexible packaging.  Scott has been active in the printing industry for over 37 years and   served as the Chairman of the L.I.F.E. committee.  Scott joins the T.L.M.I. Board of Directors in 2016. Scott and his wife Cindy split time between Florida and Wisconsin and enjoy golf and water related activities.

Mark GlendenningCEO & Owner, Inland

Mark Glendenning is CEO & Owner of Inland in Lacrosse, WI, a manufacturer of packaging including decorative labels primarily for the beverage and food industries. Mark has a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin – Madison. He began his career with Eaton Corporation as a sales engineer for their Cutler-Hammer industrial controls and Dynamatic industrial drives divisions. He has been working at Inland, a family business, since 1988. He is married to Dr. Margie Webster, a primary care doctor at Gundersen Health Systems in La Crosse. He is involved in local civic organizations and activities and serves on a number charitable and industry boards.

James E. Hammer President & CEO, Hammer Packaging

James E. Hammer is President and CEO of Hammer Packaging in West Henrietta, NY. From a modest $4 million in sales with 60 employees, Jim has grown the company to the over $100 million and 450-employee organization it is today. The company has won many awards, most notably Best Workplace in America and the prestigious Rochester Business Ethics Award, as well as being named to the Inc. 5000 and Rochester Top 100 list of fastest growing privately held companies.

Jim began his career at Hammer in sales and customer service. He was promoted to Vice President in 1975, and became President & CEO in 1983. Jim has personally received numerous distinctions including being the recipient of the Lewis Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award, Power of Communication Award and the Herbert Vanden Brul Entrepreneurial Award from RIT. Jim was also inducted into the Rochester and New York Business Halls of Fame and has received the Business Person of the Year by the Rochester Small Business Council. Most recently he was honored with the Gaudete medal from St. Bonaventure University.

He currently serves on the boards of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center, JP Morgan Chase Regional Advisory Board, Rochester Business Alliance, and Doyle Security. In addition to Jim’s board responsibilities, the Hammer family is actively involved in many local Rochester community programs and organizations through volunteer work and support.

G. Lynn Higgs CEO, Infinite Packaging Group

G. Lynn Higgs is CEO of Infinite Packaging Group in Lewisville, TX, a provider of labels, shrink sleeve and flexible packaging products. Lynn is a graduate of Baylor University, Hankamer School of Business.  He has been in the label industry since 1990 with Rittenhouse, Nashua and Cenveo.  Lynn is active in TLMI and co-chairs the Government and Regulatory Affairs committee, as well as serving on the Board of Directors.  Lynn lives in San Antonio, TX with his wife, Kelley, and 3 children. Lynn is active with various civic and industry organizations.

Robert Parker President, Label King

Robert Parker is President, Label King, San Diego, CA. A graduate of San Diego State University Robert started Label King in 2002 after an 11 year career in the packaging field.  A TLMI member since 2010 Robert has been active in the TLMI Environmental Committee serving as co-chair of the Liner Recycling Committee.  Robert and his wife Kim live in San Diego with their two children.

Elizabeth Pecha-Poelker Owner, PrintFlex Graphics

Elizabeth Pecha-Poelker is CEO and owner of PrintFlex Graphics, St. Louis MO.  PrintFlex specializes in package-based promotions: labels, stickers, booklets, instant redemption coupons, extended content labels and a variety of other POS and POP products for consumer packaged good.  PrintFlex also offers application equipment consulting, leasing and sales.   PrintFlex serves a national client base, made the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies 6 years in a row and was named the 2011 SBA Small Business Team of the Year for Eastern Missouri.  Liz has served on many community and industry boards.  She is a graduate of Ripon College, Ripon Wisconsin.  She lives in the city of St. Louis with her husband Chris Poelker.  They have three grown sons and enjoy traveling and going to sporting events. 

Patrick Potter President, Flexo Wash, LLC

Patrick Potter is President of Flexo Wash, LLC in Louisville, Kentucky. Patrick  is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a graduate of Trinity High School. In 1993 he earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Xavier University. Patrick is President and coowner with his family of Flexo Wash, LLC. Flexo Wash is the leading provider of cleaning technology for the flexographic, gravure, and offset package printing industries.

Prior to joining his family with Flexo Wash, Patrick was Vice President of Sales for RH Clarkson Insurance Group, and also served as Vice President for Fifth Third Bank. He was with Fifth Third for over sixteen years. During his career at Fifth Third, Patrick led the Corporate Treasury Management sales team, and managed the Investment Advisors division, in addition to his time in Commercial Banking.

Patrick currently serves on the boards of the Catholic Education Foundation of Louisville, JB Speed Art Museum Board of Governors, The First Tee of Louisville, and the Trinity High School Board of Directors where he currently serves on the executive committee. He is a member of the Archbishop’s Finance Council and Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of Louisville. Patrick also serves as a regional representative to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ National Advisory Council (NAC). Patrick and his wife Heidi have three children, Lucie, Molly and Michael.

Steve Schulte Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mark Andy, Inc.

Steve Schulte is Vice President of Sales & Marketing , Mark Andy in Chesterfield, MO. Responsible for the global sales and marketing efforts of  the company, Steve is also an active contributor to many industry associations including Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI), Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), and the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA), Schulte keeps well informed on the latest trends and technologies in printing and converting. His more than 18 years of professional and managerial experience in the packaging and printing industry, including a background in digital production printing, give him a unique perspective and insight into the benefits and challenges of both flexo and digital print technologies.  Mr. Schulte has a degree in Marketing from Missouri State University and an MBA from William Woods University.

John WynneCEO, Fortis Solutions Group

John O. Wynne, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Solutions Group, a labels, shrink sleeve, folding carton and flexible packaging company servicing customers nationwide from multiple locations. Prior to entering the labeling business in 2010, John held various positions within the Investment Banking units of Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in New York. John received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.

Michelle Zeller CFO and COO, AWT Labels & Packaging

Michelle Zeller serves as CFO and COO of AWT Labels & Packaging. Michelle has over 25 years of extensive accounting and operations experience.  Michelle has been with AWT since 2004 and is responsible for customer service, planning, purchasing, IT, HR, Quality, compliance and accounting.   Michelle is a Certified Public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of St Thomas (1988), after which she spent 4 years in Public Accounting.   Michelle completed MDA Leadership Consultants, High Performance Leadership program in 2013.   Michelle is passionate about the environment and loves to waterski.

Bob Spiller President & CEO, RotoMetrics

Bob Spiller has served as President & CEO of RotoMetrics since 2012. Since joining, Bob has expanded RotoMetrics’ business in the US and internationally through both organic growth and acquisitions. 

Before joining RotoMetrics, Bob was President & CEO of a privately held high security printing and anti-counterfeiting technology company. His prior experiences included leadership positions with Graphic Packaging International, Bertelsmann A.G. (Sonopress Division), and Avery Dennison. Bob earned an Engineering Degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
