TLMI's Partnership with Affinity HR Group (AHRG) helps our members recruit, develop and manage their workforce. AHRG specializes in assisting associations and the print industry by providing services ranging from Ad-Hoc HR Support to full-service recruiting at affordable pricing.
TLMI’s scholarship program provides approximately $30,000 annually to students at two and four-year institutions along with employees of member companies. Senior award winners attend TLMI’s Annual Meeting to talk interact with members about job opportunities. The goal of TLMI’s scholarship program is to help drive top talent to employment at member companies.
Collegiate Advisory Council
TLMI has developed a steering committee of professionals from leading print education institutions to assist us in promoting the industry to our future workforce. Colleges include Clemson University, University of Wisconsin-Stout, Cal Poly, R.I.T., Ryerson University and Piedmont Tech. This group helps us communicate to the broader education system and provides guidance on career day participation and recruitment tools.
The Phoenix Challenge
TLMI has partnered with the Phoenix Challenge Foundation to support their Flexo education efforts at both the high school and collegiate level. TLMI members participate in competition judging and school support, while the Phoenix Challenge is an active advisor on our Work Force Development committee.
